Filipe Carvalho is a motion designer and director based in Lisbon, Portugal. 

Hailing from Cartaxo, Filipe has collaborated with studios including Imaginary Forces, Blur, Prodigal Pictures, Filmograph, Big Block, Digital Kitchen, and Elastic. He has worked on the title sequences for Semi-Permanent Sydney 2016 and TV shows Here and Now, Counterpart and Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey. He has been a speaker at design festivals FITC Amsterdam 2016, OFFF Barcelona 2015, OFFF Milan 2018, and Semi Permanent Sydney 2016.
